The proposal of thesis or project
study is in the first year. There are two classes used to assist
students making a proposal - DES 601 Seminar for Graduate Study
and DES 602 Research Method. After the committees approved the
proposal, students continue work for their thesis in one year.

Applicants with degrees in non-design
disciplines such as science, engineering and social science(B.Sc)
can select only Plan A. Applicants preferring Plan B are required
to enroll the foundation classes in the following undergraduate
courses - IND211, IND 212, IND 213, IND 221, IND222, IND241,
IND242, IND 251 and IND252 - for an academic year. |
